Members of the SJC Polity are invited to a special in-gallery talk with artist Polly Apfelbaum on Saturday, February 24, from 4–4:45p.m. /m's Manager of Artistic Inquiry, Jenny Cawood, and Apfelbaum will discuss the meaning of her work, how certain art forms are "looked down upon" along gender lines / how that plays into her work, the way she defines "painting", among other topics.
