These 6-week long sessions are intended for people who have not been in the gym for a long time and those who want to get started.
In these classes you will be taught basic weight training and form for each exercise, as well as being given a routine that can be tailored to your needs and desires.

Please only sign up for one of the classes (Men, Women, Co-ed). If you are non-gender conforming, please choose the class in which you will be most comfortable.
