A Santa Fe Campus 60th Anniversary Event! Sponsored by the Dean’s Office.

The Student Committee on Instruction (SCI) is holding three student panels on Wednesdays (October 16, October 30, and November 6) at lunchtime. At every panel two presenters will share 15min talks on subjects ranging from a focused reading of a text to reflections on recreating St. John’s-style seminars in various international contexts. The presentations will be followed by a discussion period. Our hope is to initiate a deep inquiry into the aims and practices of the kind of education we envision for human beings and their future, and we hope we can begin seriously to consider how we bring these to life here at St. John's.
