A class which is tailored just for faculty, staff and GI students. Whether you need a mid-day stretch or want to add some heat to energize the rest of your day, this class will offer a variety of options as we connect our breath to movement with some yoga-based movement. All experience levels welcome, especially those looking to add some more stretch and strength to their daily routine. Yoga mats, blocks and towels are provided.
Session length: Semester long, every Friday excluding long weekends/breaks, starts August 30th
