Functional fitness class will be a combination of weight training and aerobic activities with the aim of increasing strength, cardiovascular fitness, and work capacity. Each class should have your muscles burning and your heartrate elevated. Exercises will be scalable to individual fitness levels so no matter your quantity of exercise experience, you should be able to get in a challenging but fun workout. Classes will take place in the Iglehart Gym weight room on Monday mornings from 7am-8am.
