Relax deeply in this slow-paced, minimal movement yoga class. Join us if you feel overwhelmed with struggles or simply need some calm in the storm. This practice includes gentle poses, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. Expect a safe, accepting space where you can let go for a time and be refreshed. For current SJC students, staff and faculty only.
NOTE: You’re encouraged to bring layers, socks, blankets—anything to make you warm and comfortable—as the body will cool down in this practice.
