The St. John's College Santa Fe HEMA Club is a group dedicated to the study and practice of various Historical European Martial Arts, currently including, but not limited to: Ringen (a German Jacketed Wrestling), Dueling with the Rondel Dagger and Dueling with the Messer, (a type of shortsword) which we take from Historical manuals such as the Hans Wurm manuscript Landshuter Ringbuch and Joachim Meyer's The Art of Combat.
