Find a community and anchor for your meditation practice at St. John’s. We sit together once a week and then get dinner at the dining hall. While we personally may have different practices and teachings, the first few weeks of the semester will be dedicated to giving our new practitioners some basic tools from western mindfulness. If you wonder why you might want to begin or continue practicing meditation, just do it and find out.
Bringing your own cushion is appreciated but not necessary. Available for current SJC students, staff, and faculty.
