The men's (Tuesday), women's (Wednesday), and coed (Friday) weight training classes will be for those new to the gym showing those interested in weightlifting the basics to a lifting program. In the first month it will cover three styles of lifting and will proceed to a beginner workout plan tailored to the class. You will also be able to choose a partner to lift with creating a fun and encouraging environment. For those interested who may not identify with male or female, I welcome you to choose the class in which you feel most comfortable.
