Mental Health First Aid "teaches [learners] how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders." In the same way that we do First Aid for physical troubles, this helps with emotional and behavioral troubles. All of our SJC RAs and SRs are trained in this and now you can be too. 

There is two hours of homework that must be done in advance.
