Have you been looking down at a book or staring at a screen all day? Join us for Midday Mobility every Thursday at 12 p.m. in Temple Iglehart. This 30-minute movement class is filled with a series of 'bite-sized' exercises that focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and general wellbeing. Midday Mobility is open to all students, staff, and faculty of all mobility levels. No prior experience is required. It is okay to wear your regularĀ  clothes if you don't want to change into exercise clothes!
