In this short exercise class we will focus on moving our bodies in ways that promote strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class will be composed of a few different "bite-sized" exercises that will focus on a variety of different areas of the body, from your wrists to your ankles, or from your knees to your shoulders, or from your core to your eyes. This class is an opportunity to step away from your desk or chair and find freedom in movement! ALL experience and ability levels welcome.
