Have you been looking down at a book or staring at a screen all day? Join us for Midday Mobility every Wednesday at 12:10 p.m. in Temple Iglehart. This 30-minute movement class is filled with a series of 'bite-sized' exercises that focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and general wellbeing. Midday Mobility is open to all students, staff, and faculty of all mobility levels. No prior experience is required. No sign-up necessary.
Session length: Semester long, every Wednesday excluding long weekends/breaks
