Join us this semester for a mid-day focus and flow yoga class, Wednesday from 12–12:45 p.m. Whether you need a mid-day stretch or want to energize the rest of your day, this class will offer a variety of options as we connect our breath to movement with some yoga-based movement.
This class will be hosted by Rebecca Goldner and will take place in the Iglehart yoga studio.
All experience levels welcome! Yoga mats, blocks and towels are provided.
