Have you considered playing soccer but wished you had more practice first? Are you looking for a regular structured session to improve your ball control? Or perhaps you’ve thought about playing intramurals or pick-up but are a bit intimidated by jumping straight into a game?
Starting this Tuesday, September 9 at 4 p.m., and every Tuesday through the end of October, we’re hosting Soccer Solutions on the upper field for one-hour training sessions. These sessions are specifically designed for those who want to focus on improving their ability to play the ball safely and skillfully. Sessions are co-ed and open to all polity members, including faculty and staff. No need to sign up, just show up on time.

First Touch: Keep your touch active and clean.
Cognitive Awareness: Learn to think with the ball at your feet.
Movement & Agility: Improve your footwork with the ball.
Mindfulness: Develop awareness of your surroundings.
Strength on the Ball: Stand tall, be balanced, and be strong with the ball.
