We are excited to announce the return of Socratic Society—a series of meetings between St. John's and the Naval Academy in which we have the opportunity to meet over dinner and discuss short readings. This year, we will be reading and discussing the U.S. Declaration of Independence and the seven articles of the U.S. Constitution, in honor of the upcoming 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Our first meeting will be held Tuesday, October 7 at 5-7 p.m. at the Naval Academy Club. Dinner will be provided, and all are welcome.
