What: This class will be divided into two parts:  In the first part we’ll do a variety of cardio exercises with jumping ropes, weights, and other equipment as well as body weight. All exercises are easily modified so every participant will be able to perform them at their own level and concentrate on individual progress. In the second part of class we’ll focus on improving reaction, balance and speed, as well as learn basic elements of martial arts. We’ll work in pairs and individually. 

Why: After going to this class you’ll stop running out of breath after walking the stairs or feeling tired after a long walk. You won’t just grow muscle but actually become stronger. You will also know the basics of self-defense and martial arts. Moreover, you’ll be well trained and prepared for any physical challenge that you may wish to participate in.
