The Submission Grappling Club exists for all types of people who wish to practice grappling as a martial art. Grappling is a skill and it can be a very creative process to engage in active problem solving within a battle of wills. Much of the process involves outmaneuvering through leverage, rather than brute strength. Welcome to all levels of skill!
