About the Instructor:
My Tai Chi journey began at 14 under Master Waysun Liao, focusing on meditative single-form practice and assisting with instruction. After a break, I resumed training eight years ago, deepening my work in chi cultivation with Damo Mitchell and Mark Rasmus while earning a psychology degree from UNM (Summa Cum Laude). I’ve also taught at Santa Fe Community College under Mike DeMarco and currently study as an advanced member of Damo Mitchell's Internal Arts Academy. Tai Chi has brought me lasting peace and clarity, and I’m passionate about sharing its transformative power with others.
