RADM Howard will deliver a lecture entitled, “Leadership in Uncertainty” on Wednesday the 12th of April 2023 at 8pm in the Great Hall of McDowell Hall on the Annapolis campus.

H. Wyman Howard III is a is a fourth generation Naval Officer and a 1990 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he was a member of the Navy crew team.

This lecture is in-person and free and open to the public.
