Join fellow Johnnie, Theodora Ruschell, in a 45–60-minute yoga class that focuses on strengthening the muscles and improving the alignment of the spine. We will do one posture at a time and take a break between each one. The series starts and ends with a breathing exercise. This yoga is great for Johnnie's who sit all day and are experiencing back pain. This class is FOR BEGINNERS, so don't fret about how deeply you can do the postures. Just come and try your best and have fun! Equipment provided.

Current SJC students, staff, and faculty are welcome to join.
